Concession Stand Schedule

PROCEDURES FOR VOLUNTEERS
IN THE CONCESSION STAND

Due to the large number of volunteers needed we are not able to accommodate individual requests. IF YOU CANNOT WORK YOUR ASSIGNED SLOT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING YOUR REPLACEMENT. Please see Concession Stand Schedule for names of volunteers you may trade with. Your replacement does not have to come from this list, but must be over 14. If your replacement does not show you will be held responsible for your original time slot.

1. Sign your name in the "sign-in book".
1a. All "no shows" need to pay the $20.00 fee in lieu
of volunteering per the registration form.

2. No one under 14 should be in the concession stand or be
handling money.

3. At the end of each shift you are responsible for training the next shift, clean counters and floors. Please do not leave a mess for the next shift.

4. If you are on the last shift please do the following:

a. Wipe down counters with stainless steal cleaner.
b. Clean out popcorn machine inside and out.
c. Turn off all machines EXCEPT THE NACHO MACHINE
and wipe them down.
d. Stock drinks and snacks if asked. (Rotate drinks,
they are dated and must be used before expiring.)
